S.I.N. 360 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for credit or exchanges under the following terms and conditions listed below.

Returns Process

  • Download or call Customer Support to obtain one of the three types of Return Forms (RMA, Implant Replacement, Failed Implant Product, or Failed Component and Instruments form).
  • Do not give any item(s) to your local Territory Manager for return, please mail with the appropriate form.
  • Ensure a list of the product numbers and product lot numbers.
  • The Return Request form must be placed in the package with the product to be returned.
  • Package items in a sturdy box to avoid damage or loss. Items missing from the package or damaged due to improper packaging will not be given credit.
  • Return packages must be shipped via a traceable method.

Return Merchandise Authorization

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, apart from software and equipment. We also accept exchanges of S.I.N. implant system products as long as the expiration date shows at least one year of shelf life. Customers may return implants and related products under the following conditions:

  • The product is new, in its original undamaged, unmarked, and unopened package with all seals intact.
  • The customer pays shipping charges for the return. Unless items were shipped in error, a full refund will be provided.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with regulations before the return is processed.
  • Fill in the RMA form, including the reason for the return and listing the items you wish to receive credit or exchange. Exchanges shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Once your return is received in our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.
  • Restocking Fee. Except for items that are returned for being damaged or defective or items that were shipped in error, at the retailer’s discretion, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items, a restocking fee of 10% may be assessed for Non-S.I.N. implant system product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Failed Implant - Product Evaluation Form's

The distributor will cover defects or damaged S.I.N. implant system products.

  • Customers are required to report failed S.I.N. implant system products, to disclose to FDA when and where applicable.
  • The customer must report using either the:
    • Failed implant PDF or
    • Failed component and instruments PDF.
  • The customer will receive an identical product in replacement.

Implant Replacement

We accept up to 20 replacements per year of S.I.N. implant system products as a valued service to our customers.

  • The customer must fill in the Implant Replacement Service form.
  • The customer will receive an equal-value S.I.N. implant system product.
