The new CORiTEC one machine system is fitting perfectly for processing any common CAD/CAM blocks up to a size of 65 x 40 x 20 mm (maxi blocks). Thanks to the sturdy axis kinematics the machine is also able to process premilled abutments.

THE PROVEN 5-AXIS SYSTEM
The CORiTEC 250i and CORiTEC 250i dry machine systems are the most widely used CAD/CAM systems for applications of zirconium dioxide, PMMA or wax. Thanks to the 5-axis technology these machines can also produce complex dentures with diverging stumps and undercut areas without further rework. Therefore these systems are an ideal choice if a good price-performance ratio but also a very high equipment flexibility is of importance. The processing of CAD/CAM blocks or premilled abutments is also possible by using the respective adapter systems. By purchasing the CORiTEC 250i you obtain a cost-efficient but flexible and versatile milling machine at once.

THE AUTOMATED ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION
The CORiTEC 350i processing system is an innovative machine concept, developed to meet any requirements of modern CAD/CAM processing. The processing of all relevant blank materials of cobalt chrome, titanium, zirconium dioxide, plastics, block materials, and new future materials is thus possible with a single machine system, virtually without restrictions. The optional zero-point clamping system of the CORiTEC 350i allows a simple blank change of the complete blank holder at the push of a button. In addition, the zero point clamping system can be used to clamp a wide range of adapter the system can be used for a variety of applications, e.g. different PreFab abutment holders, glass ceramic holders or the C-Clamp. The CORiTEC 350i Loader with fully automated blank magazine also enables versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.

FULLY AUTOMATED IN PERFECTION
The high-end system CORiTEC 350i PRO robot for milling centers has been realized on the latest generation of the CORiTEC 350i series. All installed components are designed for precision, longevity and the latest technological standards. Thanks to the robot, the production system enables independent milling and equipping with up to 84 dental blanks of various types. It is also possible to realize individual series production or production of different subsections. Thus, materials milling, grinding, polishing or laser can be processed. The system is individually adapted to customer requirements and tailored to your needs together with you.
With the hyperFLOW management system, all projects are automatically monitored and managed from scanning through designing to completion of the work.

We developed the CORiTEC 650i and CORiTEC 650i Loader machine systems for the area of PREMIUM machines and PREMIUM requirements. The systems are offered with very attractive pricing and are equipped with high-quality industrial milling technologies, such as granite structure, linear drives in the linear axes, torque motors in the rotary axes, as well as digital absolute length measuring systems and powerful main spindles. The machine concept impresses with its precise, vibration-free and dynamic motion sequences in the demanding and complex metal working processes. All other relevant materials can also be milled with high quality using this machine system.
The CORiTEC 650i loader includes a fully integrated automatic 16-fold blank changer. This enables you to operate the machine system at full capacity around the clock without supervision while maintaining consistent high precision.
